I mean, if there's brunch involved...

We're there. While some of us are flying with our New Year's resolutions - healthy eating, gym three times a week, dry January, etc. - there are a few of us who are still finding it hard to get into the swing of things. We'll get there. Eventually. No matter which category you fall into, there's a brill event coming up that we are SO excited for. It'll give you a nice little workout and, most importantly, there's a delicious brunch afterwards, so your tiring exerts are immediately rewarded (so necessary tbh). The event is happening this Saturday, 2 February, and is run by MOVEMENT+, who has been holding their workout and brunch sessions over the last few months in various fabulous locales. This is their very first event of 2019 and it is taking place in the delightful Chocolate Factory on King's Inn Street. There are two workout classes to choose from so, if yoga is your thing, book yourself in for the 10am class, when Laura Ferrington will be helping you to work that core and evaporate all your stress (we deffo need some stress busting with these January blues). Or, if you want something with a bit more intensity, personal trainers Jess Redden and Zoe Whelan will be leading a HIIT session at 11am. Now here's the part you've been waiting for. Each event will be followed by a scrumptious brunch, which will include yummy dishes like granola and fruit, eggs and avocado, or bacon and egg baps. Delish. Everyone there will ALSO get a goodie bag filed with oodles of healthy treats. Amazing. Tickets for this event are €22.50 and you can pick them up here.
