We're all in this together.

With many of us unable to take part in fitness classes in person at the moment, we're all looking into what exercise routines we can find online. While there are hundreds of fitness routines on sites like YouTube these routines will not only help you get in shape, but will also be a major nostalgia trip. EMK Fit has put together workout routines to some of our favourites 2000s movies including High School Musical and Mamma Mia. Yes that's right, by the end of lockdown we'll all have exercise regimes in time to 'We're All In This Together' and 'Dancing Queen.' Hey, maybe we can all meet up and do like an exercise flash mob (socially distanced and with masks of course). As well as some of your favourite movie hits there are also work out routines to some of your favourite teenage tunes. I have to admit working out at home has been pretty dull but I'm definitely giving these a go over the weekend. 'Super Trooper' might give me the energy I need to do a full set of sit ups in a way no other workout video can.
