Last night, the lovely Meghan Markle attended her first ever solo royal event. Decked out in a stunning Givenchy dress, the Duchess looked absolutely gorgeous. The world was watching as Meghan exited the car solo, arriving to the Royal Academy of Arts in London. And as lovely as she looked, people were more obsessed with one small action she took. Meghan closed the car door behind her. All on her own. Seems like a minor thing, but royals never close their own car doors. Twitter responded accordingly, applauding her independent action. One user reacted to the footage, calling Meghan: “completely down to earth and humble”. Another said: “I don’t think Meghan Markle sees herself as better than anyone else. She knows that is and Prince Harry are blessed to have found each other. I’m proud of her. Life is good.”
