"My heart felt so full."
Kim Kardashian's makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic has told how meeting an elderly couple at one of his recent masterclasses was his "highlight of the year".
Late last year, Waterford couple Des and Mona Manahan tugged at the heartstrings of people across the country as he shared their touching story on the Late Late Show.
He explained that Mona, his wife of 60 years, had begun to lose her sight - and he was taking lessons at Benefit Makeup so he could learn to help with her makeup.
The makeup artist who had been helping them, Rosie O'Driscoll, also appeared on the programme.
The couple's story later captured hearts across the globe, including Mario's.

The makeup artist, who has been working with Kim Kardashian for more than a decade, travels around the globe holding masterclasses.
And after he learned about Des and Mona's story, he wanted to make sure they were able to make it to his London show on Saturday.
He later took to social media to reveal how the couple got to the show - and how it was one of his favourite parts of not only his trip to London, but the whole year.
Mario began on Instagram:
"A few months ago, I heard the story of Des & Mona, a couple from Ireland.
"Mona began losing her eyesight and her husband Des began taking makeup lessons at Benefit with Rosie O'Driscoll so he could learn to apply he makeup for her.
"I called my manager and told her I wanted to invite Des, Mona and Rosie to #TheMasterClass and we had to make it happen."
Alongside a photo of himself, Des and Mona, he went on to thank Benefit for helping make the whole thing possible.
Mario continued:
"My heart felt so full seeing them there in front of me. My highlight of #TheMasterClass London and of the year.#TrueLove #benefitireland."
