Halloween is a time for fancy dress and costumes, but if you happened to be on Grafton Street, Dublin yesterday evening then the answer is no, your eyes didn't deceive you. Justin Bieber did in fact take a stroll down one of Dublin's busiest streets ahead of his sold-out gigs at the 3Arena.
One fan named Keith Casey managed to spot the Canadian singer before pursuing him for an autograph.
It appeared that Bieber and his security team weren't too impressed by Keith's persistence. This being said, we do love the fact that every passerby has absolutely no idea that the Grammy nominated singer was walking past them.
After news emerged that the singer was fond of an auld saunter around Dublin, plenty of his fans were absolutely sickened to miss out on a potential meet and greet with their idol.
