They have been dating for two years. The actress is also mum to six-year-old Eugene and Winston, 10, who she shares with her ex-husband, Laurence Fox. She announced that she was expecting her third child in August last year. Billie has previously expressed how she would love for a big family. She previously told The Sun:
"I was one of four and it’s taxing for both parents and kids. I do like the idea of chaos. “In my dream world I’d have loads.”
