"It's really important for a brand that we're working with to find the best location, they need to know their audience they need to know their neighbourhood, and the types of people in the area. Whether you're a small business or a global player... it's crucial".So, how do you find these perfect retail spaces? Lucinda says technology is constantly evolving and they're using this to their advantage;
"We're using data from social media, so we're using the likes of Google places, all the mobile phone data you have we can store and understand patterns of people and footfall at street level. This is all very new and it's how we're changing.
