Vogue Williams opens up about suffering miscarriage before fourth pregnancy

She "felt like her body failed her"

The Irish TV personality took to her Instagram last week to reveal she is expecting her fourth baby with husband Spencer Matthews.

However, Vogue said she "felt like her body failed her" and the loss has left her "nervous" throughout her current pregnancy, speaking on her YouTube channel.

Vogue explained that her first miscarriage was “really upsetting,” before going on to fall pregnant with Gigi, whom she and her partner welcomed in 2020.

However, a second letdown happened when Vogue attended her 12-week scan last year, she was informed it wasn't "really a pregnancy" as the embryo had failed to develop.

Vogue admitted she was "really upset" and felt "embarrassed", adding that she felt as if her body had "kind of failed" her.

Although grateful to be expecting her fourth child, Vogue admitted that the experience has also left her feeling “nervous.”

She said: "I know I'm very happy that we are pregnant again, but as I said, the nerves will kind of always be there," per the Mirror.

Vogue took to her Instagram last week to announce she and Spencer Matthews are expecting baby number four.

Vogue and Spencer already share three children: Gigi, Theo, and Otto.

Vogue shared three sweet snaps of her and Spencer, as well as their three children, on a beach in St Bart’s to announce the happy news.

Vogue showed off her baby bump as she playfully tapped Spencer’s abs, alongside a sweet snap of the pair posing with their three children, before Spencer rounded things off with the classic hands-on-the-bump pose favoured by expectant dads.

"BABY NUMBER 4 INCOMING…" Vogue captioned the post.

Fans and celebrity friends were quick to flood the comment section, congratulating the couple.

Roz Purcell wrote: "Congratulations," while Nadia Forde added: "Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous."

The couple, who wed in 2018, have been posting snapshots from their luxurious getaway on the app. Days earlier, Vogue shared that the family were having “the best time,” giving fans a glimpse into their holiday.
