A number of weather warnings have been issued.

Met Éireann has said that potentially damaging severe winds and snowfall are on the way as Storm Eunice moves Southwesterly over Ireland tomorrow. Snow, rain and sleet is most likely going to occur in parts of Ulster and Connacht. The Irish Meteorological Service has also warned that there will be a risk of coastal flooding as well as a potential disruption to traffic. Gusts of up to 130km/h are expected in some areas, Met Éireann says. A number of weather warnings are currently in place for tomorrow. Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Waterford, Galway and Wexford have been issued a Status Orange Wind Warning which is valid from 5am until 11am tomorrow, Friday 18 February. https://twitter.com/MetEireann/status/1494204379020337153 The warning reads: "Storm Eunice will bring severe and potentially damaging winds, gusting up to 130km/h, higher in exposed areas. Some disruption is expected along with a possibility of coastal flooding." There is also a Yellow Weather Warning issued to the entire country for wind, rain and snow. This comes into effect at 1am tomorrow morning and will stay in place until 3pm tomorrow afternoon. The Yellow Weather Warning reads: "Storm Eunice will track over Ireland on Thursday night and on Friday bringing very strong winds and falls of heavy rain, sleet and snow. "Some disruption is likely along with a possibility of coastal and spot flooding." Additionally, the UK Met Office have issued a Yellow Warning for heavy snow and wind for Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Tyrone and Derry. This warning is valid from 3am tomorrow morning until 6pm on Friday. There is also a Status Orange Gale and Storm Force Marine Warning for all Irish coastal waters and the Irish Sea. Met Éireann has said that "cyclonic variable gales" or strong gales will develop on coastal waters tonight. These winds will reach storm 10 force or higher tonight.
