And it just so happens that Aer Lingus is launching flights to a very popular tropical destination.

The airline will operate a temporary scheduled service between Dublin and Barbados for spring 2026.

Yes, you read that right, you can visit the gorgeous Caribbean country between 31 March 2026 and 31 May 2026.

The service is set to run three times a week, departing Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and the fares are available from €229 each way, including taxes, fees, and carrier charges.

Flights departing from Dublin will land in Bridgetown, the island's capital.

Needless to say, the island is a real-life paradise. From swimming alongside sea turtles in crystal-clear waters to indulging in authentic rum-tasting tours, Barbados offers everything you could dream of in a tropical escape.
