Whether it’s a quick scoot down to the shops or the long road home, it’s nice to have some good music to accompany you in the car.

It's just one of those songs that, if our foot weren't on the pedal, it would be tapping away like a mad thing!

 

2. Boys of Summer by Don Henley

Believe it or not but European Summer Time begins this weekend so what better way to mark it than with a holiday tune which just happens to be perfect for the road too?

 

3. My Girl by The Temptations

We still can't believe the star of the film Anna Chlumsky is pregnant but we can believe that this is one of those feel-good hits that everyone loves.

 

4. You Shook Me All Night Long by AC/DC

Forget about shaking, this classic song is ideal if you're planning on driving all night long because nobody could resist the temptation to join in on that chorus.

 

5. Addicted to Base by Puretones

Just like the girls in the video we just want to jump into a car (minus the police and speeding of course) when we hear this catchy tune.
