Spotted on JOE.ie, the below video comes courtesy of three University of Limerick students who opened up about various mental health problems including depression and panic attacks.
Caolan O'Donnell, Ciaran Cleary and Ciaran English spoke individually about how these struggles impacted on their daily lives, both at college and in their home lives.
They did so in the hope that talking about their mental health would encourage others to do the same.
