If you've been working hard to get your body in shape, you might want to check this guy out.  This little man from Kildare has the body of a weightlifter three times his age, building his muscles through gymnastics and a healthy diet of  cereal in the morning, fruit throughout the day and meat and two veg in the evening. Recently a fitness guru shared his picture on Facebook and it went viral: The boy uses a technique called calisthenics, which uses only the body’s natural resistance through exercises like sit-ups, pull-ups and push-ups. "He's developed it over the past year - it is crazy looking at him. Brandon is happy and healthy and his core strength is amazing, he is an inspiration. I put on a lot of weight and Brandon actually motivated me to lose it. He has been  my mentor," Brandon's father said. Please excuse us while we go cry in a corner.
