'Tis the season for all kinds of heartwarming tales of homecomings, family reunions, and proposals - but none have tugged on our heartstrings quite like this one. A guy named Jeffery, who goes by @Music1996Man on Twitter, shared the heartwarming clip on social media earlier this week. He explained that his parents had been married for over 20 years before they divorced, "fought a lot, when to work on themselves". Years later, Lorrie and Jeff Senior started dating again - before he proposed to her, again, just before Christmas. https://twitter.com/Music1996Man/status/944728695742320640 The video, which has been viewed more than 6 million times, shows Lorrie opening her carefully wrapped Christmas gift: a lovely poem penned by Jeff Senior. And as she reads through the poem, he stays knelt down in front of her - until she gets to the last line, when he shows her the ring (and thankfully, she said a very excited 'yes'). The clip quickly went viral on Twitter, where it has gotten almost 150,000 retweets and more than 550,000 likes.
