It’s National Dairy Week and what better way to celebrate than treating you all to a delicious smoothie recipe! Did you know that three servings from the ‘milk, yogurt and cheese’ food group are recommended each day as part of a healthy, balanced diet? Between the ages of 9-18 years, 5 servings per day are recommended. Examples of one serving include 200ml of milk, 125ml pot of yogurt or 25g (match-box size piece) of hard cheese. We’ve teamed up with the National Dairy Council to provide you with a daily dairy fix! Here’s an easy recipe for an amazing strawberry smoothie: Supreme Strawberry Surprise Serves 3 Ingredients:

• 1 large punnet of fresh strawberries
• 450g low fat strawberry yogurt
• 2 bananas
• 50ml of freshly squeezed orange juice

Method:

1. Whizz all ingredients together and serve cold
