This a little over the top.

It can be seriously annoying when neighbours are having a massive party in their house or out their back garden. The noise and fuss makes it hard to sleep, study or even think to yourself but more often than not, a party is a rare occasion. One neighbour has been particularly annoying for Imgur user ChefShwasty.

"On March 19th of this year, we got new neighbors. I put my shoes on, went down, and introduced myself. I was chopping onions for a vegetable stew I was making for dinner later that night, and apparently it was too much.That was the first text. What follows is a story of harassment, stalking, and blackmail."
