After a long proposal to the Dáil explaining how drugs should be recognised as a health matter and not a criminal matter and outlining the lack of resources for young people in his area, the politician showed his dedication to the youth of Dun Laoghaire by performing a 'dab'. For those of you that aren't quite as hip as the Her team, dabbin' is a dance craze that started over in the States last year and has since made its way over the Atlantic. The move can be performed by bending your arm and looking like you're trying to sniff the crease of your elbow and VOILA. The PBP TD told of his promise to 'dab' in the Dáil, explaining "I don't know what it means but we need to learn what it means...
