We know that it can be daunting to step into the gym and learn your way around the machines, but this step-by-step guide is going to break down everything from beginner’s workouts, how to work on your weights training, posture and positioning as well as food and diet.
We headed down to FLYEfit gym on Macken Street, Dublin where our first session showed us the most important part of any workout – stretches.
It might sound boring or obvious, but stretching out your muscles before a workout is the key to preventing injury and helping ease muscle soreness following your session.
