this easy routine to Sia's track Cheap Thrills is the perfect way to get some fat-burning cardio in from the comfort of your own home.
Simply grab some comfy clothes, place the laptop or phone somewhere central, crank the volume and dance your pants off! The best part is that kids love it too. Plus, the more you do it, the better you get at the moves.
