The days are getting sunnier.

Which means we are getting out more and have swapped the couch and slippers for the earphones and runners. Or at least we like to think we have. We definitely let ourselves laze around a lot and it can be hard to motivate ourselves to get back out there and work on our health and fitness. We're lucky, though, because WellFest is association with KBC is coming up (we can't wait!) which gives us a little extra motivation to get up and out when we need it. The big event is happening in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham on May 11 and 12. There is going to be LOADS on, whether it's activities, nutrition tips, delicious snacks and recipes, or a bit of wellness help, it will all be there. And we are ready to feel amazing. The festival was originally set up as a celebration of all things health, fitness and wellness in a setting just like a music festival and since its conception, it has been doing just that (and pretty wonderfully too!). It always features a host of experts in those areas and this year is no different. Headlining the event will be British broadcaster, best-selling author and founder of Happy Place, Fearne Cotton alongside Joe Wicks AKA The Body Coach and Australian fitness and yoga expert Amanda Bisk. Expect to see plenty of other well-known faces at the KBC Main Stage too, like trainer to Victoria Secret models Megan Roup, celebrity trainer to Binky Felstead Tyrone Brennand AKA Be the Fittest, Bradley Simmonds, yoga sensation Cat Meffan and many more. Also in the lineup are bestselling author and entrepreneur Ella Mills (founder of our fav Deliciously Ella), zero-waste vegan chef Max La Manna, best-selling cookery author and healthy food and lifestyle enthusiast Roz Purcell, and LOADS more. Seriously, there are so many great people joining in the fun this year. There will be 15 stages dotted around the grounds, including the KBC Main Stage, KBC WellGood, WellFood (we think our tummies will like this one!), Spinning, WellPilates, WellYoga, WellMind, WellTalk, the WellVillage marketplace, the Healing Zone (just the place for us!), and much more.
