Set to be bigger and better than ever, SuperValu have a line-up of their very own at this year's event, where we can expect in-depth talks from nutritionists on eating well and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, panel discussions over the importance of good food in sport and activity, plus you'll even get to indulge in The Happy Pear's mouth-watering veggie dishes.
Some top names you'll hear from include The Happy Pear, Roz Purcell, Dr Hazel Wallace (The Food Medic), The Plant Based Pixie, The Food Grinder (#nofuss for adults and kids) and Joe Wicks.
With doctors, best-selling authors and personal trainers taking to SuperValu's WellFood podium, all attendees will be kept entertained and active throughout the entire weekend.
SuperValu will also have some of their top Food Academy producers on site, providing locally produced nibbles to keep everyone nourished between workouts and workshops, helping to inspire kids and families to get cooking those wholesome meals at home.
