We’re very, very excited about this! Syfy has released the first teaser trailer for Sharknado 2: The Second One.
It looks pretty much as, if not more, ridiculous as the first one (much to our amusement), and sees Tara Reid and Ian Ziering reprising their roles.
For those who haven’t seen the first Sharknado, the plot point is pretty simple: sharks plus tornadoes equals DISASTER. The clip shows New York City preparing for an oncoming, man-eating storm, no more words, take a look:

Vivica A Fox, Kelly Osbourne, Billy Ray Cyrus, Al Roker and Matt Lauer will be in the supporting cast. Syfy will air the new film on July 30th.
