Netflix's Making A Murder has the be the hottest topic at the moment. Nearly everyone has either watched all or part of it or at least heard about it.
In it we are brought through the trial of Steven Avery, and his nephew Brendan, for the murder of Teresa Halbach. It's widely believed that Steven was framed for the murder, while Brendan was coerced into giving false evidence in order to frame his uncle. Brendan himself even confirmed to his mother and the court room that anything he said which holds Steven accountable for the murder was a lie.
In the show, part of Brendan's interview with police is shown which sees him admitting to helping Steven with the rape and murder of Ms Halbach.
While we only saw a few minutes of the interview throughout the series, the full interview is available online.
It's broken down into 3 parts due to its length. At 13 minutes into the first video Brendan begins to explain how his afternoon panned out. He began by saying that he got off the bus and went into his house and did;t hear from Steven until 9pm. He is stopped by the police to reiterate the story again and again and overtime he tells it his changes and develops into an answer they want to hear.
Watch it for yourself and see if Brendan was coerced into giving the police false evidence:
