We are a mere few weeks away from finding out what happens next with the gang in Virgin River – as season 4 is due to drop on Netflix on July 20th. After what has felt like the longest wait, we can't wait to finally discover who is the father of Mel's baby (please, PLEASE let it be Jack!), how Hope is doing after her accident, what the heck happened to Preacher or whether or not Dan and Brie get to be together or not. The suspension is simply too much. Netflix has been pretty quiet when it comes to spoilers, but lucky for us, the cast members are sometimes sharing little snippets on their own social media, and most recently, Colin Lawrence (who plays Preacher on the show) gace us some major Game of Thrones vibes with his latest Instagram post. In a never-before-seen photo from Virgin River season 4, the British actor is seen wearing a Shakespearean-style outfit with a gold embroidered crown on his head. Meanwhile, his co-star Lucia Walters, (who plays Julia) is standing across from him, rocking a red floral gown with a beaded headpiece. Lawrence wrote in the caption, “‘Heavy Is The Head That Wears The Crown’………..but damn these outfits are slamming right!?!?” To add to our suspension, the show's official Instagram account also shared some spoilers last week – and honestly, July 20th can't come fast enough.

What do we know about Virgin River season 5?

While Virgin River season four has confirmed their summer premiere date, many fans have been wondering how long they’ll have to wait for the fifth season. Filming was originally supposed to start in March 2022, but it was postponed. Alexandra Breckenridge told Glamour magazine, “We were supposed to start shooting season five of Virgin River in March, but it was pushed to July,” she told the publication. Who’s up for a Virgin River marathon before the fourth season premieres? *Grabs popcorn*
