The show is set to chronical the early years of Sheldon Cooper as he grows up in Texas in the late eighties.
The show is created and narrated by Jim Parsons, the man behind grown Sheldon, who will also act as executive producer on the show.
Iain Armitage is the actor set to play young Sheldon, who might already look familiar to viewers of Big Little Lies.
