Tissues at the ready – Orange is the New Black release teaser trailer for the FINAL season

All good things must come to an end.

And one of them is Netflix's Orange is the New Black. The final and seventh season which has been confirmed to air on July 26, 2019, will mark the ending of the show and well, the teaser trailer they released today will bring a tear to your eye as the cast too, prepare to say goodbye.

In February of this year, the cast wrapped on filming the final season, taking to social media many of them thanked Litchfield and their characters for leaving them to create a story that drew in and connected so many people. The lead star, Taylor Schiling, who plays Piper in the show took to Instagram writing:

"OITNB series wrap! WHOA. My heart is full and achey and so overflowing with gratitude I’m a little dizzy. These extraordinary people have forever changed me. Privilege of a lifetime!"

And to add to our pain and in their words, give us "another reason to cry", Netflix released some stills from season 7 and although we're sad, we're equally pumped to see what happens in the final chapter of the story.
