Exciting times for GoT fans!
HBO currently has plans to create at least three more spin-offs in the Game of Thrones franchise.
According to
Deadline, production has given the projects preliminary names - 9 Voyages (or Sea Snake), 10,000 Ships and Flea Bottom.
The trio of spin-offs will be set in the same universe as George R.R. Martin's hugely popular
A Song of Ice and Fire.
HBO is also considering adapting Martin's Tales of Dunk & Egg novellas. A Game of Thrones animated series is apparently in the mix as well.
News of these upcoming projects comes as shooting continues on HBO's
House of the Dragon, a Game of Thrones prequel. This series is based on Martin's Fire & Blood novel, which is set 300 years before Game of Thrones.
House of the Dragon will explore Daenerys' ancestors - the Targaryens. Rhys Ifans, Steve Touissant, Eve Best and Sonoya Mizuno have all been cast in the television series.

9 Voyages
Bruno Heller, the creator of The Mentalist and Gotham, is rumored to be involved in the production of this spin-off. 9 Voyages will follow Corlys Velaryon's adventures at sea. Verlaryon will travel to a number of familiar Game of Thrones destinations including Westeros, Pentos and Dragonstone.
Flea Bottom
Like 9 Voyages, Flea Bottom will also chart familiar territory. This spin-off is set in the slums of King's Landing and will include several Game of Thrones characters such as Ser Davos and Gendry, played by Liam Cunningham and Joe Dempsie, respectively.
10,000 Ships
The final Game of Thrones spin-off will tell the story of the warrior queen Princess Nymeria and the Rhoynars, who sailed from Essos to Dorne after the Second Spice War. If the name Nymeria rings a bell that's because Arya Stark named her direwolf in the queen's honour. 10,000 ships will be set 1,000 years before Game of Thrones begins.
