However, in a new interview with Elle Lana Condor has said that she's "scared" of the fan backlash since there will be a love triangle in the next movie.
She said: “There's going to be a major new love interest...The first one was with Josh and Peter, but in the second movie it's going to be a major new character that’s going to challenge Peter quite a bit and fight over me, which is not a bad thing.”
She then said that she's not looking forward to the reactions from fans about the new love triangle. "I actually have that fear," she said. "I'm scared."
