But it's not Mr Incredible that he is interested in - it's Elastigirl.
So, since someone has to stay home and mind the infant Jack-Jack (who has continued to develop his own superhero abilities), Mr Incredible soon finds himself facing a whole new challenge.
While Elastigril zooms around impressing passerbys on her new motorcycle, Mr Incredible is dodging Jack-Jack's laser beams and transformation abilities, as well as battling Dash's math homework.
The clip also sees the return of some of fan favourite characters like Enda Mode and Mr Incredible's best friend Frozone, both of whom are quick to offer their own super-parenting advice.
The one thing missing? There's no capes, naturally - as per Enda's instructions.
A new poster was also released overnight, with the tagline:
https://twitter.com/DisneyPixar/status/963095380501192705 The Incredibles 2 will hit Irish cinemas in July 2018."Don't mix your delicates with your indestructibles."
