She said: “I’m so jealous you’re doing Strictly, I will vote for you I promise”, before Langsford asked her if she would ever want to go on the entertainment show herself.
Callard replied: "They won't let us. That's the only reality show I would do."
She then added that she would like a free ticket so she could "come and scream" for Langsford.
Callard was appearing on the morning show to talk about her battle with depression.
