We admit that we were a little disappointed to learn that a real cat had been cast to play Salem, but he's very cute. This means that there will be no talking, wise-cracking cat - which is sad, but sure look. Pictures of Salem strutting his stuff on the red carpet have been shared online, and the Internet approves. He even managed to pose for pictures, which is pretty impressive considering he's a cat. According to Vulture, five black cats in total have shared the role of Salem for the purpose of the new show.
