One of RTÉ's most popular comedies is set for the big screen.Damo and Ivor has garnered a loyal fan following since it first aired in 2013 and it is now being reported that a movie based on the show is in the works.
It's believed that production company Parallel Films are working with creator Andy Quirke to bring the story of two brothers to the silver screen, with Quirke working on a script with Jules Coll.
The show began as a segment on Republic Of Telly, with single Everybody's Drinkin reaching number six in the Irish charts.
