“Just go out there and smash it, grab it by the scruff of the neck and take the opportunity for what it is,” he told The Daily Telegraph. “If you hide, they will see it all over your face and hear it in your voice. "And if you want to go on to do great things, this is your time to shine.”
The Mullingar native says he remembers what it’s like feeling the constant pressure of the audience and the fear of being voted off.
