With just over three weeks to go until Justice league hits cinemas, we’ve finally gotten our first good look at the film’s villain.
Warner Bros. released the Thunder trailer on Thursday, which included plenty of action-packed footage - as well as Justice League's big bad, Steppenwolf.
Fans (and Lex Luther) first got a glimpse of the super villain, played by Ciarán Hinds, in a deleted scene from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice - but he's been mostly missing from the promo for the film so far.
Steppenwolf is a general of Darkseid, an even bigger and badder villain from the comics.
He's headed for Earth with his army of parademon minions to search for the motherboxes and lead an invasion for the dark character.
The trailer begins with Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) describing what happened the last time Apokolips' New Gods made Earth their target, before jumping into the action.
The movie follows Batman (Ben Affleck) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) as they try to stave off the world’s latest world-ending disaster and put together a team of meta-humans.
Aquaman (Jason Momoa), The Flash (Ezra Miller) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher) will all be suiting up for Justice League after their cameos in Batman v Superman.
The battles will force the worlds of the Amazons on Themyscira, the underwater kingdom of Atlantis, and the humans to collide.
Justice League is out in Ireland on November 17.
