We all adored Squid Game, the thrill, the drama, the whole lot, and while we wait for the second season to come out, there's a new Korean series that will have us hooked. This new horror series looks like it will scare the life out of us, and we're completely here for it. The eight part series is a coming of age horror that is set in a high school that becomes ground zero when a zombie virus breaks out. A group of students end up trapped in the school and have to find a way out or else they'll risk turning into zombies. The show is based on the webtoon Now At Our School, created by Joo Dong-geun, with the live action series starting to be created back in April of 2020. The original cartoon ran for 130 episodes from 2009 to 2011 and was an instant hit in South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan. The live action version, All Of Us Are Dead, was written by Chung Sung-il and directed by Lee JQ and Kim Nam-su, and stars oon Chan-young, Cho Yi-hyun, Lee Yoo-Mi, Park Ji-hu, Lomon, Yoo In-soo and Lim Jae-hyeok. With more and more South Korean dramas coming to our screens over the past year, and with Squid Game being such a hit, this one will definitely be a front runner. A second season of the hit series was confirmed by Netflix this month, with the streaming service's CEO hinting that the show "has just begun". As well as this, series creator Hwang Dong-hyuk has already hinted possible plots for the next season, telling the Hollywood Reporter: "There are some other stories in the series that have not been addressed. For example, the story of the police officer and the story of his brother, The Front Man," he explained.
