Well, we don't know about the rest of you - but here at Her we've been spent much of the Bank Holiday weekend eating nice things and having large glasses of wine.

So we're not even annoyed with Britney Spears for going to the gym, and doing the splits, and having an outrageously flat tummy, and wearing small grey shorts, and generally looking a little like an exercise and fitness goddess. The 35-year-old mum-of-two shared a couple of snaps on her Insta page - snaps which we're going to file under "goals" while finishing off the last of our Easter eggs. In the accompanying caption, Ms Spears stated that she was "back at the gym," although frankly it looks like she never left. Incidentally, while we were creeping around her page we noticed how INSANELY grown-up her gorgeous boys now are. Sean Preston is 11, while Jayden James is ten - they both look incredibly sweet and well brought-up too. They attended the Radio Disney Music Awards with their mum and granny over the weekend, and at one stage posed up with Nick Jonas for a snap.

Earlier this year, Britney described them as "such lovely young men. It's simply the sweetest gift being a mother." The boys' dad is, of course, Kevin Federline, whom pop princess Ms Spears was married to from 2004 until 2007.
