One Direction Versus Rihanna: Who Will Win?

She is a music machine who brings out a single pretty much every two weeks while they have risen to fame from talent show X Factor. But who will triumph in the charts this weekend?

That’s right, Rihanna and One Direction are going head-to-head to land the number one spot in this week’s UK singles chart.

The boys are clearly enjoying being young in their new video.

The boys are slightly ahead in the midweek charts with Live While We’re Young which is the first single from their second album.

But there’s only 250 copies in it which means Rihanna could be celebrating her umpteenth number one with new tune Diamonds. They are a girls’ best friend after all!

Then again, Adele could cause a serious upset if her Bond theme which is released on Friday does well. She is good but is she that good?

Last week’s number one Psy’s Gangnam style and Ellie Goulding’s Anything Could Happen are also in contention for poll position. So really, anything could happen!
