The countdown is on to the end of David Letterman's tenure on The Late Show and what better way to say goodbye than with a serenade from Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder?
The host kicked off the first of his final three shows last night with Vedder joining Paul Shaffer and the CBS Orchestra for a rousing rendition of the band's hit Better Man.
Pearl Jam first played the Ed Sullivan Theatre on the show in 1996 and have made several memorable appearances since so it was a fitting musical tribute from the Guaranteed singer.
Despite breaking a guitar string halfway through, Vedder showed he's definitely still got it!
