One of the highlights of our festival calendar, Longitude, takes place at Marley Park this weekend and we cannot wait. As well as superb headliners including Hozier, The Chemical Brothers and Alt-J, the three-day event is packed with a mix of Irish and international talent that means it's definitely worth getting down early and packing in as many performances as possible. Here are five up-and-coming acts that you definitely don't want to miss... Wyvern Lingo Hailing from Bray, you may have come across Wyvern Lingo when the trio were supporting Hozier on his recent Irish tour. Comprised of Caoimhe Barry, Saoise Duane and Karen Cowley (who also duetted with Hozier on In A Week), Wyvern Lingo have a sound unlike any other band on the scene at the moment - fusing seamless harmonies with RnB and soul influences. They have been quickly making a name for themselves since the release of The Widow Knows EP and recently signed with Rubyworks. Ibeyi There was one name on everyone's lips following last December's Other Voices festival and that was Ibeyi. This French-Cuban duo of sisters Lisa-Kaindé Diaz and Naomi Diaz have a modern jazz-influenced sound with a strong focus on percussion. They sing in both English and Yoruba, a Nigerian language from the 1700s. They released their self-titled debut in February and will be one of our highlights of the festival. All Tvvins Another rising star, All Tvvins are regulars on the Irish touring scene and well known for their fresh synth pop sound. Vocalist Conor Adams previously worked with The Cast Of Cheers while Lar Kaye is known for his contribution to acts including Adebisi Shank and No Spill Blood. If you're looking for an energetic beat-driven act to get the party going, these guys are a great bet. Drenge From Glastonbury to Reading And Leeds, this UK band of brothers was formed by Eoin and Rory Loveless and released their latest album Undertow in April. Drenge have a great classic rock sound with a sinister edge and are an absolute must-see. Leon Bridges American Leon Bridges is bringing back soul and gospel to the mainstream and he recently impressed on Later... With Jools Holland. His track Coming Home was named as a Top 10 Most Viral on Spotify and we haven't stopped listening to his album of the same title since it hit our desks last month. This guy is going to be big.
