A great episode...
We only get to see Michael Healy-Rae in action in the Dáil or discussing some other state problem on TV, so this latest episode gave us a good insight into the man's personal life.
Lucy Kennedy joined the Kerry politician in the Kingdom for a weekend and it was memorable for her to say the least.
Healy-Rae comes across as a witty and shrewd character in interviews and he carries that across to his personal life as he did nothing but tease Lucy throughout the episode as he rose early and went to bed late.

He came across very well, and there was an almost unanimous feeling online that he's extremely likeable and an interesting character, and you don't need to agree with his politics to appreciate that.
On a side note, can we get some of that fine Kerry weather for the rest of the country?
Initially, people just couldn't get over how good it was... peak Ireland.
