We can't wait to see this.
It feels like just about every Disney
classic has gotten the remake treatment lately.
From
Beauty and the Beast to
Cinderella; the
Jungle Book to
Christopher Robin, many of Disney's most beloved characters have gotten the live-action treatment on their return to the big screen.
And the remakes are showing no signs of slowing down, with remakes of
The Lion King; Aladdin; Dumbo; Lady and the Tramp; and
Mulan all on the cards.
The latest film to get the reboot treatment? None other than Lilo & Sitch.

That's right, Disney fans are going to be going on another Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride with everyone's favourite human-alien friendship duo.
The Hollywood Reporter were the first to break the news of the live-action remake, alongside the fact that producers Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich - who are currently working on the live-action Aladdin adaptation - will be at the helm.
There has been no indication yet if the film, which looks to be a live action/CG hybrid (which makes sense with the whole alien thing), will be hitting cinema screens or if it is for Disney's streaming service.
The House of Mouse are expected to launch the entertainment service next year.
