It was the reunion we both never needed to see but couldn't look away, Jake and Liberty let it all out on last night's Love Island Aftersun. Spilling all about their journey in the villa, the former couple were visibly very uncomfortable to be back in the same room, admitting they hadn't been in much contact since they left. While the two shut down any rumours or plans of them reconnecting in the real world, taking a trip down memory lane with old clips of the two was enough to set Jake off. With everything the couple had been through over the last seven weeks, it was the moment Liberty was in tears outside the villa that seemed to get to her former boyfriend the most. But it wasn't just the clips that almost had the waterworks going, Jake admitted that he was "sh***ing it" about going back into the outside world. "It's just one of those things, you don’t know what’s coming," he said, with Liberty following up with: "It's crazy." And while Jake was seemingly close to tears talking to host Laura Whitmore, fans had a thing or two to say on social media about his reaction to the interview.
