They confirmed the news this morning.
We’ve not long to wait until one of our favourite reality TV shows is back on the telly.
Yes,
I’m A Celeb is due back on our screens in just a few months and with Ant McPartlin confirmed to not be taking part, questions over whether or not Dec would host the show solo has been the top of viewers’ minds.
Well, ITV has now confirmed that Dec will have a co-host for the next season of the show.
ITV chief Kevin Lygo announced the news at The Edinburgh International Television Festival in Scotland today, also telling audience members Ant is “doing well”.

Bosses are reportedly scouting for a replacement to take over from Ant.
"He's not going to go to the jungle but Dec is, we'll find someone to go with Dec,” they said.
Stars tipped to fill in for Ant include Holly Willoughby and Scarlett Moffatt, and while names have yet to be confirmed, what is known is that the person will be a well-known face.
Speaking of the replacement, bosses said:
“I don’t see it as our primary function to bring on the new talent and I think it can be counter-productive.
“If I was an agent and I had an exciting new presenter, I’d be quite worried about putting them into the white heat of the spotlight of a big show on ITV frankly if you don’t get above four million viewers it’s not great.”
