However, although she was the series' leading lady, fans may have noticed that the one character who never bared all was Carrie, played by Sarah Jessica Parker.
That's because the actress had a "no nudity clause".
She revealed:
"I was not comfortable with nude scenes, scenes with sex toys, or vulgar language – so I didn't do any. My character Carrie, kissed a lot of men – but that's as far as it went."
So the lady was always fully clothed, and with good reason, as she still owns 70 per cent of Carrie's wardrobe.
Spotted on Cosmopolitan, she said:
"I've kept everything that didn't come directly from a designer or wasn't rented. Yes, I have it in archive. I have literally everything!"
