Looks like we're staying in for the month of April.

You can always count on Netflix to deliver on some of the best tv shows and movies out there and April looks set to be a good month for Netflix users. There are loads of new titles being added, some of which are going to be huge.

Girlboss: Season 1 (21 April) Episodes: 13 Rebellious and broke, Sophia stumbles into creating a fashion empire and learns how to be the boss. A comedy series inspired by the best-selling book. Bill Nye Saves the World: Season 1  (21 April) Episodes: 13 Bill Nye hosts a talk show exploring scientific issues from space exploration to fad diets. Guests join for lab demos and myth busting. Tales by Light: Season 2  (21 April) Episodes: 6 Four intrepid photographers create images that convey the beauty and power of life on planet Earth in Season 2 of this documentary series. Dear White People: Season 1  (28 April) Episodes: 10 Based on the acclaimed indie film, this series satirizes "post-racial" America as students of colour navigate a predominantly white Ivy League college. Las Chicas del Cable: Season 1 (28 April) Episodes: 8 In 1920s Madrid, four women at the National Telephone Company ring in revolution as they deal with romance, envy and the modern workplace.

Louis C.K. 2017  (4 april)

Louis C.K. is back in 2017 with his thoughts on how we count years, the concept of enduring love, giving dogs drugs, "Magic Mike" and much more. Kevin Hart: What Now?  (11 April) Rock star comic Kevin Hart takes it to another level in this stand-up set filmed in front of 50,000 people at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field. Lucas Brothers: On Drugs  (18 April) Twins Keith and Kenny Lucas bring their fresh take on stand-up comedy to this Netflix-exclusive set shot at the Bell House in Brooklyn. Vir Das: Abroad Understanding (25 April) Impish comic Vir Das tackles nationalism, globalism, good food and bad politics in two crosscut performances shot in New York and New Delhi.

The 101-Year-Old Man Who Skipped Out on the Bill and Disappeared  (25 April) On his 100th birthday, Allan Karlsson left his retirement home and set off on an unexpected journey. His adventure continues in this comic sequel. Before I Wake  (28 April) Still mourning the death of their son, Mark and Jessie welcome foster child Cody into their lives. Soon they discover he has a strange ability. Rodney King  (28 April) In a potent solo show, Roger Guenveur Smith retraces the charged sequence of events between the police beating of Rodney King and the deadly LA riots. Small Crimes  (28 April) After serving a six-year prison sentence, an ex-cop tries to rebuild his life and reconnect with his family, but he can't quite shake his dark past.

Casting JonBenet  (28 April) Merging community reflections with performances from locals, this hybrid documentary explores the legacy of the tiny starlet's shocking murder. Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On: Season 1  (21 April) Personal stories reveal how the intersection of sex, technology and intimate relationships is rewiring us in fundamental ways.

Don't Look Down  (1 April) The story behind Richard Branson's attempts to break world records flying in a hot air balloon. Using interviews with Branson, his team, archive and dramatic recons, the film tells a story of courage, determination, despair and triumph. Strike a Pose  (1 April) For the seven young male dancers who joined Madonna on her 1990 Blond Ambition tour -- and were featured in the documentary Truth or Dare -- celebrity was fleeting. This documentary looks at their lives 25 years after their moment in the limelight. Minimalism: A Documentary About the Important Things People dedicated to rejecting the American ideal that things bring happiness are interviewed in this documentary showing the virtues of less is more. Newtown  (7 April) This intimate portrait sheds light on the trauma experienced and strength displayed by those affected by the 2012 massacre in Newtown, Connecticut. A Plastic Ocean  (19 April) What begins as a search for a rare whale off the coast of Sri Lanka turns into an environmental crusade when documentarian Craig Leeson encounters a once-pristine seascape now teeming with plastic waste.
