Samara will star in the film directed by McG
McG, aka Joseph McGinty Nichol also executive produced a number of TV shows including The OC and Supernatural.
Although the details of the film starring Samara have been kept under wraps, the working title is The Babysitter and it's likely to be a thriller.
Samara took to social media to share the news and it's clear she's delighted with the new challenge.
