The first look at Amy Adams' new TV mini-series is here - and it's absolutely chilling.
The five-time Oscar nominee is set to star in the upcoming HBO series, Sharper Objects, based on the book of the same name by Gillian Flynn.
The trailer was shown during the premiere of Westworld's second season in North America on Sunday night.
And while the footage was brief, it looks like the eight-episode series is going to be haunting.
From the author of Gone Girl, the story follows newspaper reporter Camille Preaker (Adams) as she returns to her hometown to report on a series of gruesome murders.
Only, things don't quite turn out as she expects - do they ever, though?
Both Camille's past (and present) are dragged up into the situation when she realises that she's got a deeper connection to the subject than she ever realised.
Patricia Clarkson is set to co-star as Camille's mum, while the cast is completed by Elizabeth Perkins, Madison Davenport, Chris Messina and Eliza Scanlen.
The series is slated to premiere in North America in July 2018, although there's no exact date set yet.
And while there's no word yet on when it will debut over here, we've got our fingers crossed it's going to be around the same time.
