It looks like Riverdale is taking a break from its signature drama this week, as the hotly anticipated musical episode is here.
The final moments of the recent episode saw Kevin announcing that he would be directing the musical version of Carrie - and Cheryl making it very clear she would be taking on the title role.
Because...well, who else would you expect?
Ahead of the musical episode's air date in North America, two new sneak peeks have been released - and we're even more excited, if possible.
Both of the songs show Archie & Co getting ready to star in the musical, without actually showing any part of the musical itself.
And it looks like many familiar faces will be involved in the production, as Archie, Veronica, Betty, Toni, Cheryl and even Betty's mum Alice all appear to have landed a part.
The only person who is noticeably absent from all the singing and dancing is Jughead - except for a brief, and wordless, appearance in the second clip.
Which...to be honest, that's kinda fair - especially since we don't think a high school musical would be Jughead's 'thing'.
Of course, this is Riverdale, so we're sure the drama won't be totally forgotten for the episode - especially with the Black Hood's impending return.
For months, the shadowy villain had been targeting a number of the town's residents: shooting Fred Andrews, attacking Moose and Midge, and was behind the deaths of Geraldine Grundy and Robert Phillips.
Nobody was safe, essentially.
After nine episodes, the killer was finally unmasked as the janitor, Svenson, in the second season's mid-season finale - but there was something about it that just didn't seem right, to fans and Archie alike.
Showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa revealed recently that the Black Hood would be returning to Riverdale - and soon.
He said that there were three likely suspects for the killer at the start of it all, and that they had been dropping red herrings so they were able to pick one early on.
But they "always knew" it wasn't actually Svenson, so the killer is still out there.
The musical episode of Riverdalewill be available on Netflix on April 19.
