Believe it or not, season 19 of Grey's Anatomy is fast-approaching, and from plot lines, to new stars to a release date, we've got you covered.
Here's everything you need to know about the next season of Grey's Anatomy.
When can we watch it?
The final season of Grey's Anatomy begins on 26 October, and Irish fans will be able to tune in on Disney+.
Who's starring in it?
The usual suspects – Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo), Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.), Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) and Amelia Shepherd (Catherine Scorson) are all on the roster, plus we'll see a crop of new faces join the gang. They include Alexis Floyd (Simone Griffith), Harry Shum Jr. (Dr Benson Kwan), Niko Terho (Dr Lucas Adams), Midori Francis (Dr Mika Yasuda) and Adelaide Kane (Dr Jules Millin).
What will it be about?
In terms of plot line, we're going to see how the new crop of interns adjust to the reality of Seattle Grace Hospital. As always, we can expect plenty of interesting medical cases served with a generous dollop of personal drama. One episode even sees the interns pushed to the limit as they care for victims of an over-turned bus.
Is Ellen Pompeo really stepping away?
Yes, unfortunately. This series is the first that will see her take a big step away from the centre of the show. The actress will appear in eight episodes, and she'll provide voice-over for many of them as well. Her reduced involvement comes as she prepares herself for her role in Hulu's Orphan, a new limited series.
Another notable omission from the upcoming series is that of Irish actor Richard Flood, who played Dr Cormac Hayes. Fear not though, we can expect to see Flood back on our screens as he's filming for The Gone, an upcoming mystery drama.
