2017 is already off to a great start with the honey-voiced Ed Sheeran announcing that he is gifting us with new music this coming Friday.
The news is no surprise to fans who have been anticipating new music since it was announced that ED would headline Glastonbury this year.
In 2016, Ed took a well-deserved break from touring and social media.
Fans are obviously delighted to see him back online. A Facebook video announcing new music as garnered more than 90,000 likes in the first 20 minutes.
Despite not touring, reports show that the singer still made a massive £14m by closing his company Nathan Cable Limited.
According to
The Sun, the company had assets of £13.2 million when it was closed, but this was reduced with big bills for corporation tax of £1.6 million, management fees of £1.5 million and other costs.
The remainder was paid to Sheeran who is the company’s sole shareholder and director.
